CrossCurrent is an introductory level group for people just beginning to explore God’s perspective on sexuality and relationships. This program is ideal for ongoing ministry to newer Christians and as an evangelistic tool.

-In-Person Ministry,
One on One Pastoral Encouragement -
We offer support groups to men, women, young adults, friends, and family of those who are affected by sexual and relational brokenness as well as same gender attractions .
Our strong boundaries provide a safe community for men and women to worship, receive biblical teaching and experience in-depth accountability through small groups and one on one pastoral counseling.
Offering hope and a quest for holiness to those who are in a vulnerable place, Restoring Hope provides an environment for men and women to cultivate a more intimate relationship with Jesus and to experience the vibrant life He intends for His children.
-Men Pursuing Purity-
-Men’s Drop in Support Group and Accountability Group For Those Struggling with Sexual and Relational Brokenness-Both *OSA & SSA
-We meet on Thursday nights from 7p – 9:30p-
We are doing a Bible Study on Romans 6, 7 & 8, using Watchman Nee’s book “The Normal Christian Life.”
We are endeavoring to learn how to walk in the Spirit so that we will not gratify the desires of the flesh (sinful nature).
We meet at Lighthouse Community Church - 650 South Federal Highway in Dania Beach. We meet around back in the Hospitality Room
What we are doing in the group now is holding each other accountable for spending time with the Lord and having something to share that the Lord has shown us in our time with Him.
How we are doing with our morality, I.E. what we are looking at or how we might be taking matters into our own hands and not trusting the Lord to be enough.
Interceding for one another in areas the Lord reveals to us where we need prayer.
Endeavoring to encourage one another to press into the more of God.
As well as spending time worshiping the Lord and Bible study.
We do a teaching or watch a teaching video and take time to talk about it.
There is always relational interaction in the group because we need an environment to be known, 1 John 1:7.
The format has changed and we are using a much more relational approach in the hope that “if we walk in the light, as He is in the light”, allowing the Lord to expose all the darkness we still try to hide.
Light expels the darkness but we have to be willing to let His light shine and expose the darkness within, knowing that “there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” I can relate to weakness and so can others and on that basis “we can have true fellowship, and then the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.”
1 John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.”
Come and join us and let’s have some fellowship!
-Family and Friends Support Group-
If you have a loved one who is homosexual please join us the third Sunday of every month at 5 p.m.
Has someone you love embraced homosexuality? Is someone you care for struggling with same-sex attraction? Are you confused about how to show love in a situation that is in conflict with your own Christian beliefs. Is it difficult or impossible for you to find people with whom you can share this hurt?
Every third Friday of every month at 5 p.m., we invite parents, family members and friends of persons who are affected by homosexuality to a discussion that provides information and encouragement. The meetings are usually led by a staff member. You may come to listen or participate as you choose. The group is open to all who are interested and requires no registration, but please call for more information.
We meet at 650 S Federal Highway, Dania Beach, FL 33004. When you get there just look for the signs as to where to enter.
It’s the third Sunday of every month at 5 p.m.
Celebrate Recovery
On Monday nights at 8P
Our society is becoming more and more complex. Kids now have three sets of grandparents. Sexual addiction for men and women is growing at an exponential rate. Divorce is at an all time high — for Christians.
This is our reality.
It’s designed as a program to help those struggling with hurts, habits and hang-ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process. Celebrate Recovery has helped more than 7,500 people. Eighty-five percent of the people who go through the program stay with the church and nearly half serve as church volunteers.
*OSA- Opposite sex attraction
*SSA- Same sex attraction
